Once a small fishing village, Kuala Terengganu is now a developing city where skyscrapers often stand shoulder to shoulder with traditional kampong-style houses.Step out of Kuala Terengganu with an excursion to Scuba & Snorkeling in Kuala Besut--about 1h 25 min away.
