Relaxing--great experience! Since my visit to the cave I have noticed that my sinuses are less of a problem. During the 45 minutes in the cave I found myself coughing, and a few other people were coughing too. I think that this might have been an indication that the cave was "working its magic"! It was fantastic and I’ll be repeating this session for sure. Try it out.

It's a new thing in Malaysia. A therapy by salt. Beside of it being a new attraction, I can say that it's affective. But, for the permanent effects, we surely need several sessions, not just once. My experience was pleasant even though I had a hard time to adjust to the surrounding of the room at the first 15 minutes. Small particles of Himalayan salt will be spread in the air for halotherapy. I needed to breath in salt! Ion! It's claimed to be good for health. Miraculously, after the session, I found myself breathing normally as my sinus went away(temporarily). And the next morning, I can feel that my skin was well moisturized. And honestly, it's a joke to claim that you are cured after a session. The therapy need to be ongoing, at least a dozen times a year. Not to forget, their staff is so friendly, helpful and wholesome. Halotherapy is her cup of tea.
