Wetex Parade, Muar

I came here to do some grocery shopping. Its got some stuff that I was looking for but not everything that I wanted. I had to go to another supermarket to get them instead. The Mi store here however is great.

Came here while on a day trip from Melaka back in Feb. This is a surprisingly large shopping centre for such a small town. It’s well air conditioned and there’s a good range of food options. Muar is more of a landmark city for tourists, but most of the shops are local though. There were a surprising number of jewellery shops, although generally it’s clothing shops and there’s also the supermarket chain The Store. With all the eateries (including a McDonalds), plus several cafes, I found Wetex Parade a great place to take a rest from walking around Muar. There’s even a Japanese sushi place on the 2nd floor, which was where I got my lunch.
