It is a great place to learn about the history of the first Oil Mining History. Although the museum seems to be under renovation, it is still open to the public. I hope the renovation will be done on my next visit to Miri. Other than learning about the history, you can jog there, and enjoy the scenery of the whole Miri City at the back of the museum.

It was a nostalgic having been here years ago. The place is clean and well maintained. The Grand Old Lady stands majestically on Canada Hill and makes for a good photo. There is a petroleum museum nearby.
