  • For the past month, I’ve had the pleasure of working out with Maggie. I train with her about 3 times a week. She is a great motivator and knows how to push you to your limits with your workouts in the best way possible. She is also flexible and accommodating when it comes to scheduling workout times. Workouts are appropriately tailored to my abilities and would become more challenging (& fun) as our sessions go on. She is super approachable and professional. She will explain why I am doing each exercise and how it will benefit me. I always look forward to our workout sessions as I know that she is concerned about my well-being and is on this fitness journey with me. Besides, this gym has the best vibe, awesome music and a relaxed yet supportive environment. Each staff I’ve met has been genuinely nice, helpful, upbeat and encouraging. Highly recommended!
  • I've been hiking actively for 10 years and even though I'm physically fit, I still lack in overall body strength. I've always wanted to sign up to a gym but felt apprehensive as I wasn't confident about doing it. After signing up for Personal Training with Coach Vanessa, I discovered that it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. She's helped me with my strength training journey tremendously. She's super friendly, patient, movitating and pushes me to be stronger and better than I have ever been. I now find climbing up mountains, especially when using ropes and rocks, much easier with my increased upper body strength and stronger core muscles. I'm so happy to have Coach Vanessa to guide me through all my workouts, always adjusting my posture and ensuring that I do the movements correctly.
