Explore Malaysia's wide range of native vegetation at Perdana Botanical Garden, a breath of fresh air in the center of the sprawling metropolis. With sculpted landscape providing both show gardens and thick rainforest, the park displays the country's natural diversity across an expansive, well-maintained area. Make your way across the boardwalk and footpaths to find the wetland section and its abundance of endemic wildlife, then stop by the park's center and inspect the edible garden with fruiting plants and medicinal herbs. It is indeed a beautiful green garden. Despite few areas under maintenance, it is a good place to jog, walk and relax with family. To all malaysians, let's preserve our beautiful aset, help keep... more »

This 220 acre park located near Kuala Lumpur city centre with a lake is attractive, but the maintenance is quite poor. At one end are pools into which waste water flows continually into a stagnant... more »

Calm and enjoy all you can feel. No hurry, just smell the fresh air surrounding you. Flowers there are not as many types as those that could be found in other parks in other countries, like Okinawa of Japan or even HK of China. However, their colors are bright under the sun making them look very healthy and happy which must be sure. Taking photos of them would be enough for me to play a whole day. To be honest, this is the best park in KL, even the Forest ECO near the KL Tower and the one next to the Twin Tower could not match with this.

Beautiful gardens in the centre of the city - very peaceful and lots to see and a welcome break from the city. A few cafes for refreshments. We saw some big storks and lizards too at The Oasis. Best to take a photo of the information map at the main gate info centre as the 'KL tourist map' doesn't have all the detail. We visited the info centre shop and the staff were extremely helpful and even ordered us a Grab taxi to get back to City Mall. The free GoKL seems to be the best way to get there and back apart from Grab. Definitely well worth a visit. And its FREE!!!!!
