Visit Aquaria, an aquarium located under the thriving city center. Opened in 2005, this state of the art attraction occupies two levels and features a 90 m (300 ft) underwater tunnel where you're surrounded on all sides by a rich diversity of aquatic life. Themed to represent a journey from land to the darkest depths of the ocean, this largely interactive and educational facility is home to 250 different species from both surf and turf, native to the country and from farther afield. See colorful creatures in themed exhibits including a coral walk, electric zone, living fossils, and oceaniarium--and keep your eye out for sharks. • All the tanks were great, but I loved the walk under tank with the rays and sharks. Keep away on the weekends as it is very busy with children

  • Really cool underwater world! They have a very long tunnel, where you just walk underneath the fish! The feeding show is really impressive and fun to watch. There are so many fish, it's captivating. Total walk with stopping to read, take pictures and enjoy the shows takes about 90 minutes max. Perfect stop for a rainy day! Just remember that it closes at 7pm and last entry is st 6pm
  • Nice place to go despite being very crowded due to holiday. I think it's good for kids to learn, have fun and enjoy aquatic life. You can buy a ticket easily purchased online or offline. The most amazing thing is walking under the tunnel where you spot sting ray, sea turtle, shark, grouper, and diver cleaning the water. Overall, again, it was a nice experience to revisit these aquatic friends.
