KSL City Mall, Johor Bahru

A great mix of tenants. Everything you want to get, to entertain, relax, etc are all here. The number of shops is quite baffling and they provide choices for anything you want to do or eat. The pushcarts seem to decrease in numbers but probably will pick up. Can never get bored. Price is also reasonable mostly. Just a word of cautious is that some tenants have multiple shops. So for certain services, prices will be higher but probably worth it as they must be quite good to opening a few branches in one store?

Place: a run down mall, way past its prime, with poorly lit & dirty carparks. The stalls inside are being reduced to "hawker-style" stalls selling mainly computer, handphone or ornaments. There's surprisingly A LOT of hair salons & nail+eyelash beauty salons here, on EVERY FLOOR! Too many in fact accumulated in one place. Mainly caters to people who want to use the hair/manicure/pedicure salon, or eat in a restaurant that's here. They do sell things rather cheap here. They do have Lotus(previously Tesco), coffee bean and tea leaf, Watson, sports direct, ubiso, miniso, family mart, most of the major telcos, etc. So, it serves its purpose.
